By creating an account, purchasing a book, or otherwise using StoryWonderBook, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and StoryWonderBook.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase books.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

• You may not copy, resell, or scrape the service or its content without our permission.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for everything done through your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the story ideas you provide. The books we generate for you are yours to keep, share, and print for personal use, including gifts for family and friends. You confirm that you have the right to share any photos and story details you provide.

StoryWonderBook owns the service, its software, and its design. When you create a book, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to read, download, share, and print it. You may not use the service or generated content for commercial resale without our written permission.

• Prices are listed at checkout in your local currency, excluding applicable taxes.

• Payments are processed by our payment provider. You agree to pay for all orders placed on your account.

• First stories are offered free as part of promotions. Unused credits do not expire during an active subscription.

• If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

• You may not upload content you do not have the right to use.

• You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates anyone's rights.

• You may not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security, or access other users' data.

• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks related to StoryWonderBook are our property or the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated stories will be free of imperfections.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryWonderBook will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StoryWonderBook and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Sections that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability, will continue to apply.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Material changes will be announced by email or within the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StoryWonderBook operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
